About my business

My name is Nicholai, I live in Pennsylvania, I started making cups when I was still a 911 dispatcher, and used it as a hobby to relieve stress to decompress from that day's work.  My first cup was for a coworker who was retiring and to this day she still uses it even though my skill has increased and I could make her a new one that would be 10x better looking.  I didn't have majority of the equipment that I do today, but when I bought the cricut I knew that this hobby of mine started getting really expensive and I had to do something to make up for the cost.  Making custom tumblers is a way to also express my creativeness.  I have always been one who enjoyed sketching, but didn't care for using color too much because I am actually colorblind.  I have a hard time telling the difference between shades of blue, green, and purple.  So I usually go to someone else for help.  I try to do my best for making good looking cups, and I am probably my own worse critique.  Right now my biggest challenge is doing t-shirts.  I want to be able to make fun and cool t-shirts using sublimation, but it hasn't worked out very well yet.  I can do heat transfer vinyl shirts pretty fine, but they tend to cost more to make so my goal for this year is to figure out the sublimation shirts.
